Our requirements for each job category are as follows:
- Outbound Sales
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree
- Minimum 1 year OUTBOUND SALES experience from a Call Centre or BPO industry
- Above average communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in outbound sales
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts and shifting schedules
- Inbound Customer Service
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience from a Call Center or BPO Industry
- Internet savvy
- Above Average communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules specially night/graveyard shifts
- Technical Support Representatives
- Bachelor's Degree is required for this role. Preference will be given to those who graduated with a degree in Computer/IT/Engineering related fields
- Excellent communication skills with Neutral accent
- Result oriented with high conflict resolution skills
- Analytical temperament aligned with service orientation & Customer services
- Willingness to work in rotating schedules (e.g. early morning, mid-shift, night and graveyard shifts)
